Elevark Media ("Elevark", "we", "us") runs elevark.media. This page explains what information we collect from creators, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you fill in the form on our website, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your main platform, follower range and profile link
• A short description of the content you make

If you become a partner, we may also collect your payout details (such as a UPI ID or bank account) and the click numbers from your personal link, so we can pay you correctly.

Why we collect it

• To review your page and decide if a partnership is a good fit
• To contact you about the partnership by phone, WhatsApp or email
• To track verified clicks from your link and pay you
• To keep our records accurate and to stop fake or invalid traffic

We only use your information for these reasons. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is stored

Form details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, and a copy of each new form is sent to our team email. We use trusted services such as Google to store and process this information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we are talking to you or working together, and for a reasonable time after that for our records, tax and payment needs. If we don't go ahead with a partnership, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices and rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Just email creators@elevark.media from the email or number you gave us, and we'll reply within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

We may use simple analytics to understand how many people visit our website and which pages they read. This helps us improve the site. It does not tell us who you are.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
